February 20, 2019 on the basis of the L.N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University, the departments of practical Kazakh language and foreign languages ​​of the Faculty of Philology, held the 3rd International Scientific and Methodical Online Seminar «Improving the language teaching methods: A Platform for the Exchange of Progressive Practices». This event was organized on the eve of February 21 - the international day of the native language.

On February 20, 2019 the Foreign Languages Theory and Practice Department hosted a round table called “TEACHER’S PROFESSION – A NEW STATUS, NEW OPPORTUNITIES” organized for graduate students with a major in “Foreign Language: Two Foreign Languages”. The venue was the Start-Up zone of the L.N. Gumilyov ENU.
