Healthy life – a bright future

      On February 23, 2022, teachers of the Department of practical Kazakh language organized the event  «Healthy life – a bright future» with the participation of students of the Faculty of Philology RYAL-14, PD-12. The special guest of the event was associate professor of the Department of preventive medicine and nutrition of Astana Medical University, candidate of Medical Sciences Tardzhibayeva Saule Kenesbekovna. The scientist noted that the future of the state depends on the health of every person in society, therefore, the formation of a healthy lifestyle among young people is of great importance. Well-being can be called a noble occupation, which includes avoiding bad habits, maintaining the purity of the body and soul, even, simply put, proper wearing clothes by a person, proper eating. Saule Kenesbekovna told one ancient legend.

       «Ulykpan Hakim was extraordinarily gifted, intelligent. He treated any disease. One day this Ulykpan Hakim became very ill and took to his bed. The students, having gathered, were beginning treatment. Ulykpan said them:
      – My dear students, do not waste time on treating me! Don't grieve after my death. I have seven commandments that I will leave to you. Keep these commandments and pass them on to others. These commandments are: get up early, keep the environment clean, go in for sports, keep your body clean all the time, stay awake all the time, don't overeat, not sleep a lot and don't be lazy. And all this is the main guarantee of health preservation» he said. Doctors constantly warn that compliance with this principle will be the greatest achievement.

        

 «Is it right that young people often follow a diet?» to the question of associate professor of the Department of practical Kazakh language, c. of ph. Ainur Naimanbai, the lecturer answered fully and interestingly. We also received comprehensive answers to students' questions about e-cigarettes and psychological stress among young people.

        The teaching staff of the Department of practical Kazakh language U. O. Asanova, B. S. Abduova, A.M. Adilbek, A. K. Magzumbekova thanked the specially invited guest for the information and reasoning provided, wished good health, success in the academic, pedagogical pathway.

 

       The evening ended with the following proverb:  «A healthy body, a free mind, a sincere attitude – all these three things will make life happier».
