On February 25, 2021 an online intellectual game “What, Where, When?” was held at the FL theory and practice department within the framework of the club “Students’ club of foreign languages ” with the participation of 3rd year students. The main rule is based on the players' possibility to depict intelligence and erudition. Participants were required to respond questions presented in 3 languages: Kazakh, English and Russian from various spheres of life. The purpose of the intellectual game "What, Where, When?" was to develop a cognitive interest in various sections of science, to instill an interest in the study of fiction, scientific and educational literature, to maintain an emotional attitude and positive motivation for learning. The 3rd year students showed their erudition, critical thinking, the ability to use their knowledge and enrich with the knowledge of others. The intellectual game took place in a amicable atmosphere and aroused great interest among 3rd year students.
