On September 12, 2020, a regular virtual meeting was held with students and undergraduates of the educational program "Foreign language: two foreign languages". The meeting was chaired by the head of the department Zh.A. Beisembaeva, academic advisers, employment coordinator. The purpose of such meetings is virtual communication with students, acquainting them with new information and answering their questions regarding the organization of the educational process, the schedule of classes, working out a state grant, submitting academic debts, etc. Many questions of 1st year students and undergraduates relate to the format of online education and the timing of classes for undergraduates. The manager and responsible coordinators tried to answer all the questions of the students and invited them to active training and participation in online events.
The virtual department was created on the initiative of the university leadership and holds meetings with students 3 times a week according to the schedule indicated on the website of the Faculty of Philology
