On May 26, curators of groups SHT-21 and SHT-22 Aldaberdіgyzy Aydin and Murzagulova Ayazhan organized a virtual tour of the national academic library and the Otyrar library. Student groups prepared video clips and presentations to familiarize themselves with the work, visiting rules and the library fund.
Scientific Library of the L.N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University is one of the leading structural divisions of the university and provides library and information services for educational and scientific activities. The library in its activities reflects the prevailing ideological and political diversity in the society; state or other censorship that restricts the right of the reader to free access to library funds is not allowed.
The "National Academic Library of the Republic of Kazakhstan" in the city of Nur-Sultan was established by the Resolution of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 23, 2004 No. 461. The main goal is to further develop the information, educational and cultural infrastructure of the capital. The official opening of the National Academic Library of the Republic of Kazakhstan took place on June 10, 2004. On September 10, 2005, the library received its first readers. More than 25 thousand readers annually use the library's services.
After the excursion, the students actively asked questions, noted that the excursion was interesting and very informative.
