Students of Theoretical and Applied Linguistics Department with the curator A.K. Yeshekeneva visited the theater

Students of groups RLL-22, RLL-42, RPh-42 with the curator A.K. Yeshekeneva visited Musical Theater of Young Spectators in Nur-Sultan city.

Within the framework of the TheaterALL International Theater Festival, on Sunday, October 31,  actors of State Academic Russian Drama Theater named after M. Gorky presented the play "Gogol. Petersburg", a stage fantasy based on N.Gogol's Petersburg stories.

Departments, departments, departments of the great northern capital, whose doorsteps are crowded by thousands of "little people" - provincials in search of justice and for the sake of realizing their own dreams, but without any results. This is where St. Petersburg begins - a city where dreams and reality do not coincide, do not dock, like two parallel realities. Unfortunately, their dreams are destined to come true only in the other world.

Immediately after completion of the play, expert council members expressed their opinion on the performance.

Theater critic Lasha Chkhartishvili:

"Director Racha Makhataev creates completely different performances. His works are not alike. The metaphor with mirrors became an interesting element of the performance's decoration."

Also, critics noted that the director managed to convey the story with meager means and a small cast of actors.

Thank you, actors, for the special atmosphere and amazing energy!

See you soon!
