On September 28, 2022, Associate Professor of the Department of Practical Kazakh Language, Ph.D. A.R. Naimanbay held a discussion on the Message of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan K.K. Tokayev «A just state. One nation. A prosperous society» on the theme «The President's Message is the beginning of improvement and positive changes». The discussion was attended by students of the 1st year of the specialty «Architecture of residential and public buildings», «Calculation and design of buildings and structures» of the faculty of Architecture and construction.
The Message raised issues such as education, science, health, economy, law and order, welfare of citizens, which were systematized in 5 specific steps. During the analysis, the students shared the President's views on digitalization, business development and human capital. He particularly focused on the accessibility of education. The Message proposes the distribution of differentiated grants in connection with the increase in the cost of education in higher educational institutions. According to the students, concessional lending of 2-3% and the initiative «National Fund for Children» will contribute to the bright future of youth and children. The participants came to the conclusion that the implementation of the program document will improve the quality of life of all Kazakhstanis.
