In the period from October 30 to November 10, 2018, 2nd year master students of the Foreign Languages Theory and Practice Department visited the University of Opole (Poland) as part of a short-term research internship. The master students were greeted by the Dean of the Faculty of Philology at the University of Opole, PhD doctor Elzbieta Szymanska-Czaplak who introduced them to the university professors and representatives of the International Office.
During our internship, the master students visited the university library, participated in various seminars and listened to the reports of undergraduates of the University of Opole on research work. They also attended lectures by professors in literature, public introduction, historical linguistics, and other disciplines. The International Office also organized a special tour for the ENU master students in the museum of the University of Opole. The master students made presentations on the main topic of the master’s study and attended a lecture by Professor Stankomir Nicieja on literature and public speaking. The result of overseas internship was the delivery of certificates to the master students of its successful completion.
