On December 13, 2022, a festive literary and musical evening «Tauelsizdik dep sogady zhuregimiz» was held, dedicated to the 31st anniversary of independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The literary and musical evening dedicated to the holiday was organized by teachers of the Department of practical Kazakh language of the Eurasian National University named after L. N. Gumilyov Berdibayev S.K., Ospankulova G.B., Duisengazin D.M. and the youth organization «Atameken». Our foreign boys and girls, who are studying at the preparatory department, performed at the evening.
Vice-rector for social and cultural development of the Eurasian National University named after L.N.Gumilyov Nurkatova Lyazzat Tulegenovna congratulated the guests of the evening and the listeners of the preparatory department on this significant holiday and noticed: «The foundation of our independence is strong, majestic, with your deep knowledge, and professional training is very important».

Kulmanov Kuandyk Sandibekovich congratulated our country and compatriots on the Independence Day and thanked the guests of the evening, noting how difficult the independence that our ancestors longed for came to us, modern Kazakhstan is a country with its own place in the world.
The hosts of the evening, merzetkhan Alfarabi, a student of the preparatory department, and Berdimurat Kunberdi, a graduate of the preparatory department, expressed their gratitude to the audience, expressing their longing for Atameken. A fun evening was held by Adalbek Zhanserik on the theme «Create Kazakhstan!», Aybek Kadirbek warmed up the evening with the song «If only one country», which was performed by Omirtai Bolatbek and Kalambay Zholaman poppuri from Kazakh KUIS. The participants of the preparatory department showed a performance that tells about our history and reminded about our past. Beimbet Aktylek performed the song «El koshkende» and poppuri from the songs «Dos-Mukasan», which created a special mood for the festive evening. Manat Akbota, Toleubek Akbobe, Bolatbek Zhansaya performed poems dedicated to the holiday, followed by Kazakh dances. He finished the evening with the song «Atameken» performed by Marat Bauyrzhan.
At the end of the evening, the event was attended by university teachers, who expressed their gratitude to the audience.
