October 29, 2018 in the House of Students No. 5 by associate professors of the department of practical Kazakh language A.T. Ashenova, M.N. Zhumadilova and Sh.Қ. Isakulova was held a round table " Corruption – society’s danger" The event was attended by students of Architecture and construction, Transport and energy faculties.
During event, in her introductory speech A. Ashenova made a definition of “corruption” that became society’s issue, and pin pointed attention on it’s origins. Etymological approach in a meaning of “corruption”, provides possibility to define Latin’s word “corruptio” as “trade”, “deal”. Corruption in executives is one of the key factors that neglect country’s innovations and development. “This crime activity is found not only in governmental executional sector, but also in medicine, schools and law enforcement agencies” - she says. She also made it clear, that pursuing education among citizens in standing against corruption and working for society’s goods plays major role in sustainable development.
Students of the group GiK-12: Kenzhegali Ernur, Amanzholova Ayaulym, Abdibekov Nurbek, Beisekeyeva Mariyam, Smahtina Sophiya and Zubayir Shyngys - watched video materials made exclusively for this theme, and shared their thoughts upon those topics.
Students were offered situation oriented tasks. Also, participants discussed wall-papers prepared by them.
This event was held by Russian-speaking group of students of Architecture and construction, Transport and energy faculties, in the Kazakh language with a great pleasure and excitement. In the end all participants took a memorable photo.
