The program "Rukhani zhangyru" was developed on the basis of the provisions of the article by Elbasy, First President of the Republic N. Nazarbayev, "A look into the future: the modernization of public consciousness." One of the main guidelines of the program is the spiritual revival of the Kazakhstanis, taking into account all the modern challenges of globalization, a call to preserve national identity and popularization of the cult of knowledge. The future of the modern human community depends not only on the level of technical and economic growth, but also on the quality of human capital. “In the new reality, the internal desire for renewal is a key principle of our development. To survive, you need to change. Anyone who does not do this will be covered with the heavy sand of history ”(N.A. Nazarbayev) [1]. The program of modernization of public consciousness allows to unite the intelligentsia, youth, representatives of all walks of life around the ideas proclaimed by Elbasy N. Nazarbayev.

One of the significant points of the program is the direction “New humanitarian knowledge. 100 new textbooks in the Kazakh language ”on social and human sciences. The objective of this program is to create the conditions for a full-fledged humanitarian education of students in history, philology, cultural studies, political science, sociology, philosophy, psychology. The interdependence of the various fields of the humanities was noted at one time by the famous humanist scientist Academician D.S. Likhachev: “The fall of a humanitarian culture or one of the sides of this culture ... is mandatory, although it may not be immediately obvious, it will affect the level of development even of mathematics or physics” [2]. Concretization of the humanities is related to the fact that “Kazakhstan needs not just engineers and doctors, but also people who understand the present and the future well”, and is aimed at accelerating the process of adaptation of our students to global competition in the field of knowledge, at preserving national values ​​and traditions , for the successful mastery of foreign languages, while maintaining respect and love for the language of his people. The formation of national self-consciousness and the modernization of consciousness begins with an appeal to one's self.

As N. Nazarbayev noted, national unity, peace and harmony, history and culture, the integrity of the language are a guarantee of unity and stability in the state, as the foundations are laid on the basis of the new patriotism. “Time does not stop, which means modernization, like history itself, is an ongoing process. Kazakhstan has a unique historical chance to build its own better future through renewal and new ideas. I’m sure that Kazakhstanis, especially the younger generation, understand the importance of the proposal of our modernization (N. Nazarbayev) [1]. A new format for the modernization of the education system is due to the importance of changing time. Every member of society should know that education is the foundation for the success of the future. I in Kazakhstan, connected with the coronavirus pandemic, immediately reflected on the educational process in all educational institutions: schools, colleges, universities. and in the field of compulsory education at all levels of education, but thanks to the timely and decisive actions of the state and the ministry of education, students and schoolchildren OD A Y continue to study and prepare for the end of the current academic year in the form of distance learning.

Kazakh universities recognize that the dialogue in education is currently acquiring a new qualitative dimension and content. The President noted that it is necessary to take advantage of the crisis and radically reform education, science and healthcare.

The process of transferring young people to the distance learning track was associated with many well-known problems: the heavy load on the Internet provider network due to the simultaneous transition of a multimillion army of students at all levels of education and training to distance learning.

However, firstly, thanks to the centralized efforts of the government and the Ministry of Education to solve the problems that have arisen, and secondly, the emergence of various training programs, online courses and webinars, the situation is getting even.

The pedagogical community of Kazakhstan consciously refers to the adoption and solution of the tasks set by the ministry and to their personal involvement. In the dialogue, the polyparadigm of scientific pedagogical knowledge is born. Modernization of education in the field of higher education is actually being implemented in our country today and is aimed at a quality update of the teacher and student. Today, the educational process is carried out in conditions of extreme dialogical interaction of pedagogical concepts, a critical reappraisal of their own theories. A new level of education is emerging that meets the requirements of our time. In connection with the global challenges of the 21st century, a qualitative change is emerging in the status of the electronic learning system from the status of technology to the status of a quality form of education (we will not dwell on the fact that Kazakhstani education already has experience in distance learning). In our opinion, the success of distance learning depends on the motivation of both the teacher and the student. And the motivation is simple - a true spiritual tradition will never take place without education. In this case, the teacher - student, teacher - student - these are the main persons who carry the tradition as participants in the dialogue. Universities and schools understand the essence and significance of work in this direction: as N. Nazarbayev noted in the “Rukhani Zhanagyru” Program: “The future is happening in classrooms” [1]. The dominant in the upcoming new methodology of the educational process is the focus on dialogical communication and interdependence of reflection of teachers and students with educational society, in the critical development of the observed social changes generated by the attacking planet coronavirus. In modern conditions of computer and communication technologies, the picture of distance learning is filled with updated content, there are a number of advantages of computer telecommunications in the context of training: it is not simple and at the same time interesting. The main role in these changes belongs to the teacher, who teaches and is forced to constantly learn. The teacher is faced with the task of mastering many new technologies, being with digital resources, assessing the advantages of educational platforms, and being more intellectually prepared in the field of modernizing education than before. In our opinion, in the conditions of distance education, the main goal of the teacher is to solve the issue of accessibility of the source of knowledge, objectivity of knowledge assessment, full-fledged training of students and each student individually. The most important thing is that students and young people receive a quality education, do not forget their language, culture, history, and orient themselves on the path to the future [3]. This implies the need for the rising generation to have high moral, moral, psychological and ethical qualities, among which citizenship and national identity, responsibility for the fate of the Fatherland and readiness to protect it, respect and promote the traditions of social harmony that have developed over the years of independence in Kazakhstan are important unity of the people of Kazakhstan.
