On April 11, 2018, the premiere of the "Othello" tragedy, based on the play of the great playwright W. Shakespeare, was performed on the stage of the Palace of Peace and Reconciliation by the actors of the State Academic Kazakh Music and Drama Theater named after K. Kuanyshbaev.
Among the spectators there were also students of the Eurasian National University named after LN. Gumilev with the teachers of the department of Russian philology, namely, Groups 1 and 2 courses ОПДиЭТ, ТТТиТ, СиС, СТР (senior teacher Elubaeva K.K); СТР-13, ПД-11, ТЭ-11 (associate professor Rakhimzhanova G.R); ШТ-11, ШТн-11, ШТ-17, ШФа-11, Tour-13, Tour-19 (associate professor Akisheva A.T); foreign students (senior teacher Omarova R.M).
After watching the performance students continued the discussion of their impressions and opinions of the performance in the class. Almost all of them shared the view that which were the same in the followings: the joint work of the theater staff - from the cast and to the staff of the technical workshop - determines the "purity" of the performance and leads to a full house, spectacular art exists in the synthesis of literature, music and choreography, the question of morality is relevant. Theatrical art is aimed at the formation and development of artistic taste among students. They were conquered by the beauty of language and dance, high skill of acting. They were convinced that the theater is a reflection of our reality and helps us to consider our pure self.
