On March 6, 2019 at the Philological Faculty of L.N. Gumilyov ENU, the Department of Theory and Practice of Foreign Languages hosted a festive event dedicated to the International Women's Day. The organizers of the event are the FL-11 group supervised by PhD Akynova D. B., and senior teachers Isaev S.I. and Alipbay B.
The event was attended by the head of the department of theory and practice of foreign languages, Ph.D., associate professor Beisembayeva Zh. A., teachers and students of the department.
The presenters of the event - students of the group FL-11 Zhumagazina Aidana, Serikova Elnaz, Eskat Maynur - spoke in the Kazakh, English and Chinese languages. During the festive event, students showed themselves from different sides, sang, danced and played the dombra. Elzhas Aytzhan, the student of group FL-29 and Ayaulym Asanova, the student of group FL-11 presented poems about mother. 
Student group FL-11 Serikbay Gulnaz had the audience played a game, giving them a time of pleasure. Alua Zhumagaliyeva, a student of the group FL-11, also tried to reveal the audience’s knowledge about cosmetic brands with the help of the game “Guess Cosmetics”. The student of the group FL-31, Didar Toktarov, cheered up the audience with the song “Hanshaym”.
The event ended with the choral singing of the songs “Ana turaly Zhyr” and “Kazakh kyzdary”.
