In December, 2019 Theory and Practice of Foreign Languages Department hosted a selection round of reports and presentations for participation in the scientific-methodological conference, which will be held in Almaty. Applicants, students of 3 and 4 courses, presented interesting methodological developments on the use of literary texts in teaching English (Magauiya Madina, 4 year), talked about the psychological aspect of learning a foreign language (Shalkarova Samal, 3 year). The report on the use of modern auxiliary resources in English lessons (Maryphan Saltanat, 3 year) was recognized as the best. The report of Maryphan Saltanat is recommended for presentation at a student scientific conference in the southern capital.
