Eurasian National University named after L.N. Gumilyov, Faculty of Philology, Associate Professor of the Department of Kazakh Linguistics G.B. Mamaeva organized an online conference 10th May with 3rd year students of specialty 5B020500 “Philology: Kazakh language” based on the results of pedagogical (continuous) practice held at school-lyceum No. 59 of the city of Nur-Sultan from 01.20.2020 to 02.02.2020. The conference was attended by the deputy director of the school-lyceum for scientific and methodological work Z.S. Kenzheakhmetova, Chief Specialist of the Careers and Business Partnership Department O.K. Kilibaeva, Head of the Department of Kazakh Literature R.S. Turysbek, responsible for professional practice at the Department of Kazakh Languistics, prof. Sh.K. Kurmanbaeva, Associate Professor at Department of Kazakh Literature B.S. Korganbekov. The reports of the group students were also heard.
During the teaching practice, students got acquainted with the material and technical base of the educational institution, with the teaching staff, the duties and rights of teachers, students not only studied the learning process, but they also checked students' notebooks, made slides on various interesting topics, and learned to compose various assignments for students.
In the event of an emergency in the country, students did not lose contact with teachers and attended classes through Google Classroom, Zoom. During distance learning, teachers were able to demonstrate their skills, and students were as active in the virtual classroom as they were in school.
After listening to the slide reports of students of the group, the deputy director of the school-lyceum No. 59 on scientific and methodological work Z.S. Kenzheakhmetova noted that students came to the internship on time and took part in the internship, she were satisfied with the behavior of the students, their relationships with teachers, and the ability to behave in front of students.
The chief specialist of the Career and Business Partnership department of the University of O.K. Kilibaeva noted that the students did a good job during the continuous practice in the process of distance learning, and asked students if there were any difficulties associated with distance learning.
Head of the Department of Kazakh Literature R.S. Turysbek, Associate Professor of the Department of Kazakh Literature B.S. Korganbekov, responsible for professional practice at the Department of the Kazakh languistics, prof. Sh.K. Kurmanbaeva emphasized the importance of the relationship between the school and the university, the activity of students, their interest in working with students and expressed satisfaction with their work.
At the final conference of students, a report on pedagogical (continuous) practice at school-lyceum No. 59 in Nur-Sultan from 01/20/2020 to 05/02/2020 was satisfactorily performed.
