Nauryz meiramy in the group of FL 13

On March 14, 2023, a curatorial hour was held on the topic "Nauryz meiramy" in a group of 13 units. Students and the curator of the group Niyazova A.E. discussed history, traditions, national events celebrated by the people on this holiday. Indispensable in Nauryz is the presence on each festive table of the traditional dish Nauryz-kozhe. Kazakhs believe that on the Nauryz holiday, you need to eat your fill of this dish, and then the year will pass in abundance. Nauryz-kozhe is a hearty rich soup made from seven ingredients: meat, water, flour, butter, millet (can be replaced with rice or corn), salt and milk. Each component of the dish symbolizes one of the seven life principles: growth, good luck, happiness, wealth, health, wisdom and patronage of heaven. Nauryz is not only a state holiday of Kazakhstan, celebrated for three days, but also recognized by the UN as an international holiday. Nauryz is celebrated in all countries of Central Asia, as well as in Georgia, India, Iran, China, Turkey and many other countries around the world.
