An international online seminar

         On November 8, 2017, the Department of Practical Kazakh language held an international online seminar with Kazan (Privolzhsky) Federal University of RF. It was opened with a welcoming speech by the Dean of the Faculty of Philology, Professor Sh.K. Zharkynbekova This event was held in the frame of the International Scientific Autumn School "Integration processes in modern philological science and education", which took place from October 30 to November 10, 2017.

         Moderator of the seminar, head of the department, Ph.D., acting Professor Kulmanov K.S. gave the floor to Ph.D., Associate Professor of the Department of General Linguistics and Turkology KFU E.N. Denmukhametova. Teachers-scientists, after listening to the report of Elvira Nikolaevna "The system of monitoring knowledge of the Tatar language among students of secondary schools and universities", shared their views. The report was about the percentage of Tatar language use. Head of the Department of Theory and Practice of Foreign Language ENU Zh.A. Beisenbayeva conducted a dialogue, since the online lecture was delivered in English.

         The author of the report "Language tests to support the language of ethnic minority groups in Russia (on the example of Tatar language tests)", candidate of Philology, associate professor of the faculty of language and intercultural communication A.Kh. Ashrapova was asked questions. The associate professor of the department of practical Kazakh language G.T. Otelbay asked the question "We looked through the Tatar language tests for schoolchildren. Are there test tasks for civil servants or students in your center, and what is their volume? ". The answer given by Alsu Khalilovna was: "Sure. Language test tasks are available for each level. Their content and volume are developed in accordance with the educational programs for students and adults. "
