On March 7, 2023, the teachers of the Department of Practical Kazakh Language of the Faculty of Philology R.Tuyakbayeva , S.Toybekova held an educational event «The Mother Who Gave Light to the World», dedicated to the International Women's Day - March 8 on the topic. The purpose of the event is to get acquainted with the history of the holiday, inform about the role of a mother in society, explain the traditional values of our people, morality, honesty, and bring up good qualities in young people.
The students of the PGS-12 group of the Faculty of Architecture and Civil Engineering, students of the «Foundation» department and teachers of the Department of Practical Kazakh Language took part in the festive evening.
The students of the PGS-12 group, Koldas Berikbol and Saparbek Aibek, familiarized those present with the information they had prepared regarding the history of the International Women's Day. The participants were in a good mood with beautiful kuis and graceful dances performed by the students of the «Foundation» department Khalaubay Zholaman (F 3/2) and Zhardemurat Zhanar (F-4/2), the song «Ana turaly» performed by Zhanarbek Zhuldyz (F-4/). All those present also liked the joint performance of songs in karaoke on the subject.
Speaking in conclusion, teachers Rabiga Tuyakbayeva and Saltanat Toybekova thanked the students who took an active part in the event, as well as all the participants, and took pictures for memory.
