Asmagambetova B.M, docent, who is responsible for the practice at the Department of Theoretical and Applied Linguistics (Zhuravleva EA -the Head of the Department.) opened the event and indicated that the practice had taken place online on the basis of the Department of Theoretical and Applied Linguistics under the guidance of scientific consultants and supervisors of students (Zhuravleva E.A., Zharkynbekova Sh.K., Nurtazina M.B., Zhunussova Zh.N. ). Th research practice was carried out by 5 PhD program students and 5 Master’s program students.
The PhD program students and Master’s program students presented their reports on the practice, including all planned types of work on the dissertation, as well as participation in conferences and the publication of scientific articles. Further, the activities of each student were evaluated by the scientific supervisors.
Prof. Zhuravleva E.A., the head of the department noted that the students had done a lot of work on the preparation of dissertation research, articles had been prepared and published, all the planned tasks had been completed. Ahead is the defense of master's theses for Master’s program students and writing of articles for indexed journals of the Scopus and WoS databases.
Also, the issue concerning a scientific internship in foreign universities was discussed at the conference.
