November 11, 2020 to the celebration of the International Educational Week-2020 at the initiative of the US Department of State and the Department of Theory and Practice of Foreign Languages of L.N. Gumilyov ENU organized a seminar "International education and exchange around the world" for students and undergraduates of the philological faculty.
The seminar was organized by a teacher from the United States, Master August Garnsey (this semester works at the Department of Theory and Practice of Foreign Languages as a volunteer from the US Embassy), Associate Professor of the Department, Ph.D. Akzhan Abdykhalykova and Albina Kasenova, a graduate of American programs of the US Department of State Programs in Kazakhstan.
More than 100 people took part in the seminar - English language teachers, students and undergraduates of ENU, all of whom learned about various grant programs that provide an opportunity to gain knowledge and improve professional qualifications abroad.
