On October 21, 2020, at the Department of Theory and Practice of Foreign Languages, an online informational and explanatory conversation was held on the rules for working out a state grant with the coordinator of the career and business partnership department Tuspekova Zamzagul Zhoraevna. The meeting was attended by the Dean of the Faculty of Philology A.B. Beisenbay, Head of the Department of Theory and Practice of Foreign Languages ​​Zh.A. Beisembayeva, Coordinator of Employment at the Faculty A.S.Boranbaeva, Coordinator of Employment at the Department Murzagulova A.B. and graduates of 2021.

The meeting was held on the MS Teams platform in the format of an interactive conversation, graduates asked questions about the rules for granting the right to self-employment, exemption from the obligation to work on the basis of a state educational order.

According to the norms of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Education" (clause 17, art. 47), the obligation to work at least three years from the date of completion of training is assigned to the following categories of citizens:

- from among rural youth enrolled within the rural quota for training in pedagogical, medical (since 2012) and veterinary specialties (since 2017), are required to work, respectively, in state educational organizations, state health organizations, in subdivisions state bodies operating in the field of veterinary medicine, or in state veterinary organizations located in rural areas;

- those enrolled in pedagogical and medical specialties on the basis of a state educational order (since 2016) are required to work in state educational organizations and state health organizations;

- those who entered doctoral studies under the program of doctors of philosophy (PhD) on the basis of a state educational order (since 2015) must work in higher educational institutions or scientific organizations; the regulation came into force on January 1, 2016.
