On April 27, 2023, the Department of Practical Kazakh Language of the Faculty of Philology organized an educational class entitled «Unity of Kazakhstan» on the occasion of May 1 - the day of the unity of the people of Kazakhstan. The purpose of the evening is to convey the importance of this holiday to students, to encourage interethnic cooperation and friendship, to educate young people to love and protect their homeland. First-year students of the Faculty of Natural Sciences, Architecture and Construction, as well as students of the Foundation department, took part.
The hosts of the evening, Mukhtar Amangeldi and Abisheva Daria, congratulated all participants on the Day of Unity of the People of Kazakhstan, and also told interesting facts about the celebration of May 1 as a special date in the countries of the world. Students of the specialties «Chemistry», «Biology» groups X-12, B-12 Ongarbaev Yerkebulan, Votchel Dmitry, Muldagaliev Adil, Akimzhan Dariga, Kadirzhanova Malika, Nazimbek Asem and Khusnutdinov Roman expressed gratitude to the Kazakh people in different languages. Votchel Dmitry read the poem «Unity» written by them, and Asem played the beautiful song «Kamazhay» on kobyz. Adil and Daria danced a waltz. Altynbek Ayzhuzik, Tileukhan Yerkezhan, Toleukhan Farida, Khuandag Auelbek, Toleukhan Syrga, listeners of the DB-13 group of the Foundation branch, presented the poetic composition «Men Kazakpyn» to the audience.
At the end of the evening, senior lecturers of the department of practical Kazakh language K.Zhunisova and A.Kozhayeva made a closing speech and said that the educational lesson had achieved its goal. He also congratulated the upcoming holiday and expressed his warm greetings to the students. The participants expressed their gratitude and took a commemorative photo.
