On November 18, 2021, a round table "Drug addiction is a dangerous disease" that was organized by the faculty staff of the Department of Practical Kazakh Language of the Philology Faculty, by Candidates of Philological Sciences G. Alimbek, K. Tlesh, M. Zhumadilova. The purpose of the round table was to show that drug addiction is a tragedy of the whole society, explaining to students and insuring young people from diseases that threaten our future.
During the round table, students watched special news entitled "Drug addiction is a dangerous disease", then they expressed their opinions and thoughts on this topic. Also, students of IR-12 Umirzakova Tomiris, Sadykova Banu, Saparbek Abylaikhan made reports that the problem of drug addiction is becoming one of the most urgent in the world today. At the round table, students discussed issues such as "How to prevent drug addiction?", "What measures to combat drug addiction are being implemented in the country?"and they freely expressed their thoughts on other issues, and also showed activity. The round table was attended by students of the IR-12, Iss-12 groups and teachers of the Department of Practical Kazakh language.
