In December 13, 2017, in a group KKTzhT-13 of the specialty "Transport, transport equipment and technologies” under the guidance of associate professors of the Russian Philology Department M.A.Kanafina and Z.M.Nurzhanova a festive event dedicated to the Independence Day of the Republic of Kazakhstan was held. The purpose of this event is the formation of national self-consciousness, a firm civic position, strengthening the sense of patriotism. Participants had an opportunity to familiarize themselves with significant pages in the history of the Independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan. As part of the event, a literary and musical composition and stagings were performed by students. A minute of silence honored the memory of those who perished in the events in December 1986.
