"INNOVATIONS IN THE ORGANIZATIONAL AND MANAGEMENT ACTIVITIES OF EUROPEAN UNIVERSITIES." TRAINING COURSES FOR ENU STAFF ABROAD ARE IN PROGRESS

In Europe - Germany and the Netherlands - education courses for employees of the L. N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University are continuing.

Based on the tasks set by the State Program "Digital Kazakhstan", a set of advanced training courses are taking place for the third stream of employees of the L. N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University.

The university has developed a large-scale action plan in the framework of the Road Map, where, in accordance with the objectives, one of the important points is personnel retraining.

Trainees Maksat Oralkhanov, head of the Center for Vocational Guidance, Arslan Abilov, head of the Legal Department, Botagoz Osipova, head of the Planning Department, Anuar Mikanov, Council to the Rector, Beisembayeva Zhanna, head of the Theory and Practice of Foreign Languages, etc., are being trained at universities in Germany and the Netherlands.

The trainees were given an introductory seminar “Innovative Economy - The Development Strategy of Leading European Countries”, where it is noted that the factor of demand for highly qualified specialists is the most important lever of innovative development.

A seminar entitled “Main trends in the development of modern universities. Autonomy of universities as a key factor in their development. The concept and process of implementing "Digital Universities" was held in the Project agent under the Ministry of Education and Science of Germany.

Besides, negotiations were held with the heads of the Agency on possible areas of cooperation between the educational sectors of the two countries.

 More Seminars were held at the Maastricht University (Netherlands). In the upcoming days, course participants will visit the University of Twente (Netherlands) of the Methodological Center of the University of Cologne (Germany). And the final event will be the delivery of certificates, be held summing up the internship.

  As previously reported, the Program of an international refresher course for administrative and managerial personnel of higher education institutions “Digital University: the application of digital technologies in leading modern educational institutions in Europe” includes extensive training, which is realized in the form of the development of blended learning and the active development of online courses MOOC (Massive on-line open course).
