On January 25, 2020, the Department of Theory and Practice of Foreign Languages of the Faculty of Philology held an orientation conference on the educational and familiarization practice of 1st year students of specialties 05011900 "Foreign Language: Two Foreign Languages". This type of professional practice is planned for the period from 01.20.2020 to 05.02.2020. The conference was attended by 1st year students, group curators, methodologists of the department, responsible for practical issues and the head of the department Zh.A. Beisembayeva.
The main bases of educational and familiarization practice of 1st year students were such educational institutions as gymnasium schools No. 31, No. 48, No. 5, No. 6, No. 87, lyceum schools No. 60, No. 27.
Responsible for practice at the department, senior teacher S. Doldinova I acquainted students with the goals, objectives and content of the educational-familiarization practice. Attention was drawn to the need for mastering competencies during practice. An introductory safety briefing was also conducted, and the deadlines for submitting practice reporting documents were outlined.
