At the school of teaching excellence of L.N. Gumilyov ENU, on October 22, 2021, an online seminar on teaching foreign languages was held. The seminar was organized by the Department of Theory and Practice of Foreign Languages of L.N. Gumilyov ENU. and was held online on the Ms.Teams platform.
The seminar was attended by teachers of the Department of Theory and Practice of Foreign Languages of the Philological Faculty.
The purpose of the seminar is to master the methods, approaches of distance learning and training of teachers, to solve pragmatic problems in the use of synchronous and asynchronous distance learning.
The lecturer was the Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences, Acting Associate Professor of the Department of Theory and Practice of Foreign Languages Nurzhanova Zh.D. The topic of the report is "Distance technologies in teaching foreign languages." The lecture, according to the program, are organized at a high level, using the MsTeams platform and the online program by showing a large number of slides and a presentation report. During the online seminar on the above topic, a number of topical issues and problems in distance learning of foreign languages and digital technologies were considered.
The participants of the seminar expressed their gratitude for the good organization of the training seminar on distance technologies in teaching foreign languages.
