The qualitative composition of professors and teachers fully corresponds with the education program.
Academic degrees, titles, specialties of Faculty members correspond with the education program. They are: 10.02.02 - Kazakh language, 13.00.02 - theory and methodology of teaching and upbringing. The academic degree of the faculty is 100%.
In 2016-2017, 7 monographs, 4 textbooks, 5 teaching aids, and about 100 articles were published. Including in international scientific publications Thomson Reuters, Scopus - 5, publications in journals not included in the base Thomson Reuters and Scopus (RINC) - 9, in the journals included in the list of CCES MES RK - 17, in the conferences of Kazakhstan - 61, abroad - 18. Teachers of the department regularly participate in the republican and international conferences of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Russian Federation, Great Britain, Greece, the Czech Republic, the People's Republic of China, Bulgaria and Turkey.
In order to realize the strategic and operational goals of the University, starting from 2016, a project 321ENU KPI was introduced to determine the share of each university employee. (P 14-16 ENU "Teaching staff, deans and heads of departments Regulations on KPI). This system is based on the definition of objectivity, transparency indicators. The KPI result of the PPP result is realized through the automated information system http://kpi.enu.kz .. University management positively assessed the first results of the KPI system implementation. The automated system KPI in 2017 will be improved taking into account the proposals of the PPS, the deans and the heads of the departments. The purpose of introducing the "KPI System" is the material and moral stimulation of teacher training, the support of the effectiveness of pedagogical and scientific activity, the improvement of the level of activity and effectiveness of the teacher. According to the results of the "KPI" for the 2016-2017 academic year, 5 teachers of the department of Kazakh linguistics (A. Beisenbay, Zh.Zakupov, G.Syzdykova, K.Sarekenova, K.Kenzhalin) were awarded.
In 2023 Professor G.Sagidolda was awarded a medal and a certificate of honor by TURKSOY for contribution to the development of Turkic studies by the 150th anniversary of A. Baitursynov.
