Training and employment

Employment of graduates of the department is one of the priority areas of the department translation theory and practice. On a regular basis, the department organizes meetings with acting simultaneous interpreters and employers of information-explanatory and consultative nature.

                  

At the Department of Translation Theory and Practice, conversations are held with students, where they are informed about upcoming job fairs, meetings with potential employers.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                 On a regular basis, the "Fair of Vacancies" is held, whereby graduate students can submit their CVs to the organization in the specialty profile.                                          "Fair of vacancies" in the Eurasian National University in the directions: "education, humanities, law, art, social sciences, economics and business, services" was held on March 17, 2019 in online format. Our students took an active part in the "Job Fair".

 

               

In order to improve educational programs in the areas of bachelor's, master's and doctoral studies, employers and practitioners of oral and written translators are involved in cooperation. Employers and employees of the practice bases of the department are invited to the final conferences on practice to assess the quality of students' training: the level of their professionalism, competence, applied skills and skills required in their professional activities. All feedback on the graduates of educational programs indicate a high level of quality of their preparation and contain a positive evaluation of the work and professional qualities of graduates.
