International cooperation

 

The Russian Philology Department has contracts, agreements and memoranda of cooperation with the North-Caucasus Federal University (Stavropol, Russia, Memorandum of Understanding of 2014), St. Petersburg State University (St. Petersburg, Russia, Memorandum of Understanding of December 18, 2014 ), the Moscow Pedagogical State University (Moscow, Russia, the Cooperation Agreement of 2015), the Masaryk University (Brno, Czech Republic, the Cooperation Agreement of November 20, 2014), the University of New Sorbonne - Paris 3 (Paris, France, the Agreement for passing a doctoral internship of 2015), the Institute of Russian Literature (the Pushkin House), the Russian Academy of Sciences (St. Petersburg, Russia, the Agreement on Cooperation of 2015).

Under the program of academic mobility, students of the Russian Philology Department have studied at the St. Petersburg State University (St. Petersburg, Russia) and Moscow Pedagogical State University (Moscow, Russia).

With the foreign universities listed above, scientific events, student conferences, olympiads are regularly held. Co-organizers of events of the Russian Philology Department are also the Iasi State University (Iasi, Romania), the Institute of Eastern-Slavic Philology at the University of Silesia in Katowice (Katowice, Poland), Gyeongsang National University (South Korea), and Xinjiang University (China).

The Department of Russian Philology was actively working to promote the Eurasian National University in the QS international ranking.  

 

Outgoing academic mobility: 

Students of the Department of Russian Philology Appaz Merey (5B011800-RYAL) and Moldagalieva Erkezhan (5B02500Fil: rf) for the second semester began to study at Moscow State Pedagogical University within the framework of academic mobility, but due to the pandemic they continued their studies remotely.

Within the framework of international cooperation in the 1st half of the 2020-2021 academic year, the Department of Russian Philology planned and carried out the following activities:

1. A foreign professor lectures at the Department of Russian Philology of the ENU. L.N. Gumilyov

2. An international Olympiad dedicated to the 200th anniversary of N.A. Nekrasov

3. XXIV International Scientific Conference "Russian Studies and Modernity"

4. Round table on the topic: “Domestic violence in Kazakhstan. Prevention and tools of influence»

5. International Scientific and Practical Conference "Paradigms of Ethnocultural Identity in Language and Literature"

6. Student Readings X in collaboration with the University of Iasi

7. International online seminar "Teaching Russian as a foreign language within the framework of the project "Russian Language Week in Europe and the CIS"

8. Teachers and students of ENU took part in the VI international conference "Actual problems and prospects for the development of Russian-language literature in the context of national literatures"
