employment meeting at the department of theory and practice of foreign languages

2020 April 3-4, at the Department of Theory and Practice of Foreign Languages ​​ a meeting on employment was held with the coordinator of the career and business partnership department Tuspekova Zamzagul Zhoraevna. The meeting was attended by Dean of the Faculty of Philology Beisenbay Ardak Bakhytovich, Head of the Department TPIA Beisembaeva Zhanna Alibievna, coordinator of the department Kabdenova Ayazhan Bayalyevna and graduates of 2020: 2-year undergraduates (scientific and pedagogical direction), 1-year undergraduates (specialized direction), 4-year bachelors (groups FL-41, FL -42, FL -43, FL -45).

The meeting was held on the Zoom platform in an interactive conversation format, graduates asked questions about the rules for granting the right to self-employment, exemption from the obligation to work out on the basis of a state educational order.

According to the norms of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Education” (Clause 17, Article 47), the obligation to work at least three years from the date of completion of training is assigned to the following categories of citizens:

- from among rural youth who entered within the rural quota for training in pedagogical, medical (since 2012 graduation) and veterinary specialties (from 2017 onwards), they are obliged to work respectively in state educational organizations, state health organizations, in units state bodies carrying out activities in the field of veterinary medicine, or in state veterinary organizations located in rural areas;

- applicants for pedagogical and medical specialties on the basis of the state educational order (since 2016 onwards) are required to work in state educational organizations and state healthcare organizations;

- applicants for doctoral studies under the program of Doctors of Philosophy (PhD) on the basis of the state educational order (since 2015 onwards) are required to work in higher educational institutions or scientific organizations; The provision entered into force on January 1, 2016.
