Annually students and teachers of the Department of Theory and Practice of Foreign Languages hold a festive event for graduates of the specialty 5B011900 - "Foreign Language: two Foreign Languages". This is a pleasant tradition of the department, where students of 1, 2 and 3 courses devote their concert program to graduates, and the latter, in turn, give their advice for the upcoming academic year.
This year the department's graduates are 69 people, future teachers of schools and lyceums with a good level of English and professional training. Among them there are graduates who speak German, French and Chinese languages, those who studied at foreign universities-partners on academic mobility program "Erasmus +".
The head of the department Zh.A. Beisembaeva opened the event and congratulated all the graduates with the final stage of training at ENU and wished them great success in their professional work.
The organizer of the event, D.K Anasheva, set an important task for the hosts: to present to the audience a journey by a time machine for four years of training at the Gumilev Eurasian National university. The hosts of the event are third-year students Natalya Dementkova, Karakozov Saken, Jumagalieva Jeanne and 1st year student Salahli Raya fulfilled the task and held a festive concert at a high organizational level.
Graduates watched the Spanish dance "Flamenco" performed by Kamila Kaliyeva, the piano performance of Koshkin Daniil, the song performance of Natalya Demenkova and Toktasynova Naserke, the playing on the flute by Anel Kuzmanova. The videos filmed by the third year students reminded the graduates of the unforgettable days of student life. They immersed completely in the most interesting stages of life in ENU: preparation for exams, life in a hostel, joint tea parties in the student dining room.
At this event, several third-year students were awarded letters of thanks from the dean of the philological faculty Professor Sh.K. Zharkynbekova. They are Alima Buksukbaeva, Ayazhan Rustemova and Aigerim Sadieva. Once again, we congratulate our students on such achievements!
Further on the program the graduates were offered to "guess" their teachers on the images on the screen. This number caused a special interest and positive in the hall. The evening ended with an intellectual quiz for all those present in the hall.
