On February 1, 2019, the Department of Theory and Practice of Translation of the L.N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University will hold the First Republican Contest on Consecutive Interpreting «Тіл Казына» on the theme «Болашаққа бағдар: Рухани Жаңғыру» for students of 5В020700 – Translation Studies specialty. In addition to the universities of Astana, representatives of such cities as Pavlodar, Kokshetau, Dzhezkazgan, Karaganda, Almaty. The main aim of this event is to identify young people interested in foreign languages and the profession of a translator and interpreter.
