The formation of a healthy lifestyle among young people is one of the most urgent issues today. The change in the attitude of the person to the health is, first of all, an educational problem. In the process of educating adolescents, special attention should be paid to the healthy lifestyle of students. In this regard, senior teachers of the Department of foreign languages of the faculty of Philology A. Nurpeissova and G. Mussabayeva within “the Year of Youth” held a flash mob “Menin densaulygym-Menin bolashagym”. This event was represented by the students of the following groups: Informatics (education)-11, Informatics-11 and Information systems – 15.
The purpose of the event-the formation of a healthy lifestyle among young people, the realization that health is the first wealth for human happiness.
During the event, the participants talked about health. There were shown the types of exercises that are healthy. The students took an active part, and at the end of the event continued flashmob, which was accompanied by modern dance.
