Scientific internship in Kazakh Ablai khan University of International Relations and World Languages

A scientific internship for 2nd-year undergraduates of the Translation Theory and Practice Department was planned in March this year at the National Council for Languages ​​and International Studies (JNCL-NCLIS) in Washington, DC, USA and Ivane Javakhashvili Tbilisi State University Tbilisi. In connection with the current epidemiological situation in the world, the department contacted its long-standing and faithful partner Abylay Khan University of International Relations and World Languages, Almaty.

2nd-year undergraduates of the specialty “6M020700 - Translation Studies” L.N. Gumilyov ENU undergo a scientific internship at the Faculty of Translation at Abylay Khan University of International Relations and World Languages.

Leading experts of this University conduct online lectures and interactive consulting on relevant topics of translation studies.

Undergraduates have access to multimedia and informational electronic resources. This internship is aimed at obtaining research skills and familiarization with the training system of the leading university in the field of translation techniques. On completion of the internship, undergraduates will receive certificates.
