On November 22, 2017 teachers of practical Kazakh language department S.R.Toybekova, R.R.Tuyakbayeva, Sh.K.Isakulova, D.S.Iliyasova conducted an educational hour on the topic «A Healthy lifestyle gives a Healthy Nation». The purpose of this event was to teach young people to stay healthy, avoid amoral behavior in society, be humane, and lead a healthy lifestyle with the help of information about the benefits of sport.
Therefore, a general practitioner from the 《Daua》 medical center Beisenbaeva Kh.S. was invited to this event. In turn Khalidа Saylaubekkyzy gave valuable information about health, nutrition, harmful effects of tobacco and alcohol, a healthy lifestyle and the benefits of sports. The doctor answered to all questions asked by the students. And the students expressed their gratitude to the doctor for important information and useful advice that they received.
During the event, the students presented their own programs for the audience. Students of the group RYAL-12 Appaz Merei and Dauletbekova Aruzhan introduced the audience a prepared presentation about health and information about healthy lifestyle. The song "Astana" performed by Sarsenbaeva Aigerim, student of RYAL –12 was impressive. On the subject of the event, students of educational groups RYAL-12, RF-12, were able to take part in sport dance, which they performed. Kyui "Balbyraun" performed by Jaksybaeva Alan the student of the group TE-12, satisfied everybody. Especially the musical exercises were performed by all participants.
The head of the department of practical Kazakh language, professor Kulmanov Kuandyk Sandybekuly, summed up the event in his speech, noting that such training hours are very important for our young generation and their health. He added that in the future events of this format will also be held. Professor expressed his gratitude to the leading of this activity, students of the RF-12 group Moldagaliyeva Yerkezhan and Zhakayeva Gaziza, as well as all participants and teachers for organizing that event.
