On February 18, 2020, under the organization of teachers of the Department of Practical Kazakh Language of the Faculty of Philology, R.R.Tuyakbaeva, G.R.Alimbek and S.R. Toybekova, held a round table on the topic: “Smoking is a bad habit”. The purpose of the event: to warn students from bad habits, the influence of tobacco on the body and the effects and the types of diseases caused by them, with measures to prevent them and direct them to a healthy lifestyle . Students of groups: AD-12, GD-12, GK-12, Arch-14, IR-12, ShT-12 and teachers of the Department of Practical Kazakh Language took part in the round table. Students showed their activity by showing slides, freely expressing their thoughts about the topic and asking questions to each other. By the end of the event, all the participants in the round table shot a memorable photo.
