On September 24, 2020, a round table on the theme «Language is the wealth of the people» was held, organized by the candidates of philological sciences, acting Professors of the Department of Practical Kazakh language of the faculty of Philology, G. Alimbek, K. Tlesh.
The purpose of the round table is to strengthen the friendship and unity of students of the 1st year, to form respect for the state language and to develop intellectual thinking and language wealth.
The round table was attended by students of the Biotech-12, IR-12 group and teachers of the Department of Practical Kazakh language. During the presentations, students freely expressed their thoughts on a given topic, asked questions to each other and took an active part in the discussion.
Poems of famous Kazakh poets about the language were read at the event. At the end of the event, all participants of the round table took part in a competition of proverbs and sayings.
