September 28, 2019 teachers of the Department of Foreign Languages Suleimenova Zh.A. and Niyazbekova A.A. with the group AJ-29, held a patriotic hour on the theme of “Rukhani zhanyru zholynda”. An article by the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Nursultan Nazarbayev, on “Orientation to the Future: Spiritual Revival” was published on April 12, 2017 in the newspaper Egemen Kazakhstan. Two years have passed since then. Information about what was done over the course of two years was reflected in the presentations prepared by students. They personally pointed to each project and gave a reasonable explanation of what work is still being done. One of the projects of “Rukhani Zhagyru” - 100 new textbooks:
- Compiled a list of the first textbooks for 800 items based on proposals from universities.
- According to differentiated criteria, the selection process was carried out through 17 working groups, in which more than 90 specialists participated.
- A non-profit fund “National Translation Bureau” was created to translate books into Kazakh and distribute textbooks.
- The translation of the works was made without any abbreviations or additions from the original text. In addition, all the texts in the figures and tables are translated into the state language.
Students shared with their views on the project and discussed the information received. Given the importance of this program, they said they would contribute to this program.
