On February 15, 2021, Senior Lecturer of the Department of Chinese philology
Toibol Karakat held an educational hour "Sanaly urpak – Nurly Bolashak" on the
Teams platform. The educational hour was attended by the head of the Department
Akbarkan Daulet, senior curator of the Department Karipkhan Asyl and 1st year
students.
During the educational hour, the curator of the 1st year Toibol Karakat
explained to the students how much knowledge is needed, how important it is.
"The future of the educated generation will not be blurred, "the great scientist of the
East Al-Farabi described education as" to be educated – to have the ability to discover
the unknown", as well as meaningful, moral education and education of the younger
generation. An educated person knows a lot and is able to independently solve other
unknown things through his ability, talent, and attention. The younger generation is
able to think about the future of the country in an educated, comprehensive way, and
develop society further. Without education, without science, no society can exist and
develop. Our grandfather Joseph Balasagun said:”only if you are educated, you will
be smart, and with intelligence you will reveal the secrets of the world, you will achieve
the goal."
To be educated means to be human. An uneducated person is ignorant, and
out of ignorance comes the mind. He who is educated, his glory will be higher, he
summed up the educational hour.
At the end of the educational hour, students asked various questions,
and during this short time, they reflected on the problems that could lead to the
future for students, adding to their ignorance. This educational hour allowed students
to express their thoughts, share information about education, science and the future.
The educational hour achieved its goal and was held at a high level.
