The year 2019 turned out to be fruitful for the Department of Theory and Practice of Foreign Language: 3 teachers -- A. M. Abdykhalykova, N. M. Narmukhametova, and A. Ye. Niyazova successfully passed the qualifying competition for the Erasmus + program and participated in the “International Scientific Conference "(E + ECH2019).
In addition to participating in the conference with reports, the teachers have given a series of lectures for students at Alberta College.
The list of participants at the conference was impressive: Russia, USA, Germany, Lithuania, Poland, Estonia, Albania, Tatarstan, Slovenia, Slovakia, Italy, Macedonia, Romania, Hungary, Ukraine, Cyprus. The topics covered included such areas as economics, politics, marketing, entrepreneurship, jurisprudence, the report of our teachers on CLIL in the sections of Applied Linguistics and Pedagogy was interesting. And of course, the successful conference participation of 3 teachers from single department should serve as an incentive for young teachers of the department to believe in themselves, in their talents and participate in competitions for educational conference, not only by Erasmus + but also many others.
