This new aspect has not widely discussed in Kazakhstani secondary and higher education and it is important to find out what is the situation toward GE. Global education is ways to help teachers as well as students understand the relationship between what is learned in school and the world outside the school. The Global education provides opportunities for students to develop global competencies which is the capacity to examine local, global and intercultural issues, to understand and appreciate the perspectives and world views of others, to engage in open, appropriate and effective interactions with people from different cultures, and to act for collective well-being and sustainable development.
