Binary classes with foreign teachers

Conducting systematic non-standard forms of training, which is a binary lesson of two teachers of the department of theory and practice of foreign languages ​​of the philological faculty of L.N. Gumilev ENU, Ph.D., acting Professor Zhusupova R.F. and Jacob Levitan, a scholarship holder for the Bolashak International Program, a graduate of the University of Washington at St. Louis, during the first semester of 2019. for students of IJ 32 group in the discipline "Methodology of foreign language education" integrates intersubject communications and helps to improve knowledge of a foreign language. Being one of the forms of implementing cross-cultural and background knowledge, the binary lesson aims to create conditions for the motivated practical application of knowledge, skills and abilities, gives students the opportunity to see the results of their work and get joy from it. Surprisingly, the interaction of two teachers in such lessons develops into a creative process for students. Indeed, when studying the problem at the junction of two, or even several sciences, the world around us becomes more understandable, and this is always interesting. And although binary lessons are sometimes difficult to dock with the curriculum and require more time to prepare, it is such a lesson that gives each teacher the opportunity to see the results of their work, get joy and satisfaction from him, integrating knowledge and experience.
