May, 17th 2018 members of the ‘Young translators club’ of the department of General Linguistics and Translation Theory of Philology organized initiative ‘Meyirimdi jurek’ under the guidance of the 1st year students’ advisors. The initiative took place in MPU ‘Children psycho-neurological medico-social center’. 
Teachers organized a fund-raising for presents and treats for children. 1 year students prepared an entertainment program including games and dances. Educators of the center and children were very happy and expressed thanks to students and teachers of the Department. The initiative has been organized for the 2nd time and is planning to continue its work in the future.
